Quality Policy

Basic Policy

In order to provide customers with reliable quality products and services, all of our employees will implement the following.

  1. We provide reliable products by establishing development technology and manufacturing processes that meet market needs.
  2. Strengthen market development, enhance unique technology and product value, and contribute to company profits.
  3. We aim to achieve continuous growth through effective use of resources, and enhance employee engagement by improving the working environment.
  4. We will comply with requests and requirements from interested parties, including customers, and related legal requirements.
  5. We will set quality targets at each level, carry out operations, and conduct regular reviews to achieve the targets based on the policy management system.
  6. We will continuously improve our quality management system and its effectiveness.
  7. The Quality Policy will be regularly reviewed for its appropriate execution.

Activities

  • We have set policies and goals for various circumstances, and continuously improving our management system through [Plan, Do, Check, Action] for every activity to achieve these goals.
  • We place the highest priority on ensuring the safety of our plants and laboratories. Twice a year, with the president as the head of the audit team, we conduct inspections of each site and strive for continuous improvement.
  • We are working to reduce energy consumption through our own energy conservation committee, using solar power generation, and energy-saving equipment such as the inverter controller.
  • We act to protect the environment by using processing technology such as activated sludge treatment method and chemical treatment to purify wastewater and exhaust gas generated by our manufacturing plants.

Business Continuity Management

Based on a strong determination for business continuity, we have constructed a business continuity management system (BCM) that includes a business continuity plan (BCP). We are working on creating a system based on the Crisis Management Regulations and to establish preventive measures for goals as follows.

  1. Protect the safety and security of employees, families and communities
  2. Sustain customer reputation
  3. Continuation of employment
